SP 3300D/SP 3300DN – Rex-Rotary’s fast and cost-efficient solutions for professional quality office printing

Rex-Rotary today announced the launch of the SP 3300D and SP 3300DN, two black and white A4 laser printers with standard duplexing. These compact but powerful desktop printers are easily integrated in home offices and businesses. Both offer high productivity and excellent quality at a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The SP 3300D is primarily aimed at personal users, whereas the SP 3300DN’s advanced network connectivity makes it particularly suitable for shared use in small and mid-sized enterprises or work groups.

Lavesh Lakhina, Product Manager at Ricoh Europe comments: “With the addition of the SP 3300D and SP 3300DN, Rex-Rotary is strengthening its A4 black and white line-up in the 21 to 30 pages per minute (ppm) market. Customers in businesses with small tenders, insurance or government offices, who seek a solution within this segment, will benefit from the printers’ high productivity and speedy processors.”

With a short, 15-second warm-up time, the SP 3300D/3300DN manage a fast delivery of 1,200 dpi high-quality documents and instantly boost the user’s productivity. Their first print is out in less than 8.5 seconds, and they maintain a continuous run of 28 ppm. Both desktop models can deal with an impressive total monthly duty of 50,000 sheets and offer standard duplexing. Fast-paced data transmission is guaranteed by the built-in high-speed USB 2.0 interface. Furthermore, the SP 3300DN is equipped with an Ethernet 10/100 Base-TX networking function as standard.

The SP 3300D and SP 3300DN are capable of handling such diverse documents as envelopes, labels, transparencies and postcards, and accept paper sizes between A5 and A4. Their maximum input capacity is a useful 501 sheets. To help users manage their workloads, these desktop printers include Rex-Rotary’s user-friendly Web Image Monitor. Additionally, the Status Monitor features a troubleshooting guide that illustrates how to load paper, install toner cartridges and clear paper jams via a range of Flash instruction movies. Features like these ensure that using and servicing the machines is extremely easy, making them a reliable addition to the office.

With cost-conscious consumers in mind, Rex-Rotary has kept the SP 3300D and SP 3300DN’s pricing modest. In addition, a standard energy saver function, duplex capability and long yield consumables result in an efficient Total Cost of Ownership.

The SP 3300D and SP 3300DN are the latest additions to Rex-Rotary's advanced range of digital office equipment. Rex-Rotary currently manufactures one of the world's most extensive line-ups of copiers, printers, scanners, faxes and multifunctional devices, as well as advanced software solutions.
